square feet, with parking provided for 238 vehicles and a proposed building occupancy
of approximately 500 people. Landscaping detail is extensive with numerous mature
trees and shrubs providing a relaxing atmosphere within the outdoor staff patio. Two
2500 lb elevators and barrier free washroom facilities provide ease of movement within
the building. The building is fully sprinklered and the site was developed with a
private fire hydrant to ensure optimal fire life safety for its occupants.
